Job Title: Service Engineer
Job Description:
The aim of the Service Engineer is to install & provide services and technical support on Desoutter Tools’ products to the assigned customers.
About Desoutter Tools:
Founded in 1914 and headquartered in France, Desoutter Industrial Tools is a global leader in electric and pneumatic assembly tools serving a wide range of assembly and manufacturing operations, including Aerospace, Automotive, Light and Heavy Vehicles, Off-Road, and General Industry.
In this role, your responsibilities are:
- Travel to different customer locations to provide below services:
- Installation of Electric & Pneumatic tools (Nutrunners) & controllers at customer sites which calls for software & electronic work
- Handling Annual Maintenance contracts with customers
- Preventive maintenance services which include electromechanical work
- Performing calibration of the tools (Nutrunners)
- Performing Health check-up activity for the Desoutter’s products at the customer end
- Attending breakdown calls at the customer end & provide solutions
- Keep the tools data up to date for assigned customers on the operations portal i.e. SPIRIT
- Provide training to customers on Desoutter products

Experience:
- Only Freshers
- Should be willing to travel
Education:
- Graduate or Diploma holders in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation
- Literacy in MS Office
